Infectious Tropical Diseases (I)
This Scope covers communicable diseases which are prevalent in or unique to tropical and subtropical areas. The etiological agents of infection are diverse including virus, bacteria, fungi, and parasite.
Clinical Manifestation (I1)
The main focus is the symptoms and sign of the diseases.
Infection and Immunity (I2)
The main focus is the interaction between pathogen and their host.
Epidemiology (I3)
The main focus is the distribution, pattern, and condition of the diseases in defined population.
Therapeutic (T)
This scope covers methods or candidates of molecules for treatment of infectious diseases. The assessment or discussion about the effect of potential drug to the host also falls to this scope. The approaches of drug discovery includes in vitro, in vivo, and in silico.
Modern Drug Design (T1)
The main focus is drug discovery from non-plants sources which can be organic or inorganic molecules.
Natural Product Medicine (T2)
The main focus is drug discovery derived from plant materials.
Vaccine Development (V)
This scope covers research finding on vaccine including discovery and application. The approaches of vaccine candidate discovery includes in vitro, in vivo, and in silico.

You can participate to be a Presenter (Oral and Poster presentation) and Non-Presenter. Please specify your choice in the registration form.
Non-Presenter
- Please complete your payment before registration
- Fill in the registration form (name, e-mail, phone, affiliation, status, attendance) as soon as you complete your payment
- Upload your payment receipt on the form
- Do not leave any blank registration lines
- Activate your email alert to receive our notification for successful registration
Presenter
- Write your abstract according to the template in MS Words Docx or Doc
- (Please refer to abstract guidelines and abstract template)
- Fill the abstract submission form
- Activate your email alert to receive our notification for successful registration
- Submitted abstracts under review to be oral or poster presentation
- Keep updating on your email for further notification on your abstract acceptance (announced on October 15, 2021)
- Please complete your payment before registration. Keep updating on oral and poster presentation guidelines and links (deadline for uploading presentation materials: Novemer 15, 2021).
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
- Please download the abstract template in MS Word DOCX or DOC format
- Write your abstract according to the following guidelines:
Title:
The title of your manuscript should be concise, specific, and relevant. It consists maximum of 50 words. Only the first word or any proper name of the title is capitalized.
Author’s details:
Authors’ first and last names must be provided without any academic title. The initials of any middle name can be added. Corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*).
Affiliation details:
Department, institution, city, state (if relevant), country, e-mail address of the corresponding author (Please refer to the abstract template).
Abstract:
Maximum of 250 words. The abstract should be a single-spaced paragraph and should follow the style of structured abstracts without headings.
Keywords:
Three to ten pertinent keywords need to be specific yet reasonably common within the subject discipline. Abstracts must be in alphabetical order, non-capitalized, and separated with comma (,).
- Font style, font size, font face (normal, bold, or underline), spacing, paragraph alignment, etc. should be referred to the abstract template.
- No figures, tables, sketches, references and minimum use of abbreviations.

Please follow instructions for oral presentation here:
- All oral presentation must be in English and take approximately 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation; 3 minutes for Q&A)
- increate your presentation in ppt/pptx and video
- Send your presentation file as MP4 (if you want to use recording video recorded either in Zoom or other applications) no later than November 15, 2021 (submission link will be sent to presenter).
- Presenters must ensure the microphone and camera are all set. Please join the session on Zoom earlier.

Preparation of the poster
We only accept electronic posters (E-Posters) in PDF format. Printed posters or photographs of printed posters will NOT be accepted.
Deadline for uploading your e-Poster: November 15, 2021.
All accepted e-posters must follow the following instructions.
- All e-poster should be written in English
- Posters must be in PDF (single slide) and portrait format. File size must be less than 10 MB.
- Recommended font size: minimum 16 font size
- Poster dimensions in pixel: 1,080 cm (width) x 1,536 cm (height) and 38.1 cm (width) x 54.2 cm (height)
Content of the Poster
- Posters must have background, methods, results, and conclusions).
- Keep the text concise and easy to read. Posters must convey a clear message and a logical layout.

TECHNICAL GUIDE TO POSTER PRESENTATION
- All presenters must check the presentation schedule.
- Please join the zoom meeting session using meeting ID and passcode at least 15 minutes before the session starts (Zoom meeting ID and passcode provided on the poster and website)
- Please name your Zoom account using the format: Room number_Session number_Poster Code_Name of Presenter. Example: R1_S2_NP-57_Lidya Tumewu
- The presenters will be assigned to a breakout room for presentation.
- E-poster will be under screening (No need to prepare a PPT file for the presenter).
- Presenters have 3 minutes to present. The committee may ask presenters to stop the presentation and/or mute/silent if needed.
- A question and answer session for each presenter will take 2 minutes.
- Best Presentation Awards will be announced in the closing ceremony of the conference.
