The agenda on the third day of Basic Animal Cell Culture and its Application in Biomedical Research Workshop by RCTVD ITD Universitas Airlangga continued with Scratch assay, MTT assay, and surface marker detection using immunofluorescence (Immunocytochemistry). The participants were able to do it personally with the protocol that had been made accompanied by the instructor.
After the workshop session, the event continued with a discussion and evaluation session with Prof. Dr. Fedik Abdul Rantam, DVM, and drh. Suryo Kuncojakti, M.Vet., Ph.D. as well as testimonials by participants. The closing session of the workshop was done with a photo session with the participants, presenters, and instructors.
