The agenda on the second day of Basic Animal Cell Culture and its Application in Biomedical Research Workshop by RCTVD ITD Universitas Airlangga continued with the evaluation of cell growth isolated on the previous day followed by Cryopreservation, cell splitting and passaging and preparation seeding cells for MTT assay.
