What is Dengue?
Dengue infection is mosquito born disease which is widespread in tropical and subtropical countries worldwide. The responsible vector for this disease transmission is Aedes sp mosquitoes.
The etiological agent of this infection is dengue virus comprised of 4 different serotypes namely DENV1, DENV2, DENV3, and DENV4.
